Maintenance Division
BCPML have in place a Pan-European Maintenance team providing 24/7/365 site cover for over 182 sites with various large internet providers throughout the UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium and Switzerland.
We currently offer:
- 24/7/365 manned call centre for dispatch of engineers and initial triage of faults – 1st line immediate response.
- Dedicated 2nd line team of experts ready to support the initial call out team if the issue needs a Subject Matter Expert (SME) input for the fix.
- Full ticketing system that tracks every call out and planned maintenance tasks, all completed real time on a palm device with total transparency to the customer.
- A large team of trained engineers positioned to always be ready, providing 4 hrs response to site, for all our customers sites both UK and Pan-European.
- All engineers have large fully equipped new vans, with a sizeable inventory of spares ready for immediate fixes.
- Specialist Generator / HVAC / Electrical and General Maintenance Engineers that carry out quarterly planned maintenance visits to every site.
- Fleet of new trailered Generators, temporary air conditioning units and fuel bowsers, strategically positioned through out UK and Europe, ready for any emergency requirement.
- Large stock of spares stored at strategic locations throughout UK and Europe.
- A dedicated team of Project Managers dedicated to the management of this division.
- BCPML has a GMBH division for works in the German region.
