Southern Electrical Testing Ltd specialise in the field of verification & certification of new and existing commercial electrical installations, we undertake commercial quality & defect reports for insurance & contractual requirements. Our reports are extensive high quality documents including photographic images where necessary.
Commercial Clients: Regulation 4(2) of the electricity at work regulations 1989 requires that; "As may be necessary to prevent danger, all systems shall be maintained so as to prevent danger" this statement applies to the fixed electrical installation as well as appliances of which is often misunderstood.

All inspecting engineers and associates hold formal testing & inspecting qualifications to national standards as recognised by HSE, NICEIC & the IET (formerly IEE)
- An NICEIC Visual Condition Report is not a substitute for a Full Condition Report and does not include items that can only be checked with test instruments such as adequacy of earthing arrangements.

Confirmed bookings cancelled within 72 hours of the appointment (excluding weekends) will be subject to a discretionary 20% administration fee.
